Sermon Preview
This Sunday launches a new series called Parishioner's Picks, with messages drawn from topics submitted by the congregation. The first installment, prompted by a request to talk about grace, picks up where the kids' Promised Land play left off — moving beyond Moses and the Red Sea into the giving of the Law at Sinai, and pointing to the greater truth that Someone even greater than Moses and the Law was coming. The message will explore what grace accomplishes that the Law never could, inviting anyone — whether they grew up seeing God mainly as a rule-giver or are still getting to know Him — to discover how understanding God as a Grace-Giver changes everything.
