Our annual Fall Retreat is Oct. 14th-15th! Yes it is just a one night retreat but will be full of our normal retreat activities. Students from Arms of Hope (Boles Campus) will be joining us as we grow our friendships and our relationships with the Lord. This is for students in 7th-12th grade.
- Cost is $45
- Leaving Park Avenue Saturday Oct. 14th @8:00am! Please arrive by 7:45am to load up.
- Returning by 3:00pm on Sunday Oct. 15hth.
- Stuff to bring:
- Weather appropriate clothes
- Gym clothes for games/free time
- Closed toe shoes
- Bible
- Bedding for a twin size bed (Sleeping bag or sheets and a blanket)
- Toiletries
- Towel
- Your best attitude!
- Stuff not to bring:
- tobacco, drugs, alcohol, or weapons
- Fireworks
- Waterballons
- Inappropriate clothing
- Your pet hamster
- Stuff to think about:
- Cell Phones are permitted, but if they become a distraction they may be collected temporarily by ministry staff.
- Phones will be taken up at night so students do not spend all night on them.

Permission:
I give permission for my son/daughter to participate in the Park Avenue Youth: Fall Retreat Oct 14th-15hth. I hereby waive and release any and all rights, release on claims or damages which I may have against the Park Avenue Church of Christ and all of their agents, volunteers and employees, for any and all injuries which my son/daughter may incur while taking part in your program. I, and my child/ren or ward/s understand the inherent dangers of daily activities and I, and my child/ren or ward/s, also understand that potential injuries include strains, sprains, breaks, cuts, punctures, abrasions, broken limbs and even accidental death. I HEREBY ASSUME THE RISKS OF INJURY, DAMAGE OR LOSS WHICH MY CHILD/REN or WARD/S MAY SUSTAIN AS A RESULT IN PARTICIPATING IN ANY AND ALL ACTIVITIES CONNECTED WITH OR ASSOCIATED WITH PARK AVENUE YOUTH: Fall Retreat 2023. This release also encompasses all injuries which may be sustained while traveling to and from participation in your program. As a parent I understand it is my responsibility to pick up my son/daughter at the predetermined time. I also understand that if my son/daughter becomes ill or destructive, the above "EMERGENCY CONTACT" will be called to take my son/daughter home.
